What is BlackCards?

BlackCards is a platform at blackcards.app for designing, issuing and managing digital loyalty cards. It brings together program settings, card content, staff permissions, earning stamps or points, and reward redemption. Your business defines eligibility and provides the customer’s reward. Explore practical uses for cafes, restaurants, salons and barbershops, then choose a program that fits how you count qualifying purchases or services.

Three ways to organize loyalty

  • Stamps

    Define what earns a stamp and how many stamps unlock a reward. This suits a rule staff can explain, such as a qualifying service or purchase. An authorized employee awards the stamp according to your program.

  • Points

    Set the earning rate and reward threshold. In the scanner workflow, an employee enters the purchase amount used to calculate points. Give staff a clear rule for which amounts qualify; the card balance shows progress toward the reward.

  • Memberships

    Display a membership level and its validity period on the card. Describe the benefits and eligibility clearly, and show staff how to check them when providing a service, so members and employees understand the same terms.

A clear role for each person

    The owner prepares the program

    Choose the program type, reward, card content and colours. Organize branches and staff accounts within your plan. Before launch, review earning and redemption scenarios with staff and agree how to explain the rules to customers.

    The employee records the action

    An authorized employee scans the customer’s card, reviews it and selects an earning action or eligible redemption. Completing the action requires a service connection. The business checks the purchase and provides the reward.

  3. 3

    The customer keeps the card

    Customers join through the program’s registration link and add the card to a compatible wallet. They present its code when visiting your business and can return to their balance, reward details or membership information in the wallet.

Questions about the product

Does the customer need a loyalty app for my business?
The experience uses a card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers need a compatible device and wallet; some may need to install Google Wallet. The wallet guide explains the requirements and steps for adding a card.
Does scanning the code automatically award a reward?
Scanning opens the customer’s card for the employee. Staff review the transaction and choose an earning action or redemption according to eligibility and permissions. Use the registration link for joining and the customer’s card code for serving that card.
Can I use Arabic and English?
Product interfaces are available in Arabic and English, with card text settings for both languages. Review reward names and conditions in each version so customers and staff receive the same meaning.
How do card updates and notifications appear?
Card data can update through the supported wallet process. A separate alert depends on consent, device settings and provider limits. Sending an update does not establish that a customer saw or read a notification.
