BlackCards
Car wash loyalty cards with clear rules for every service
Give customers a simple reason to return and staff a repeatable workflow. BlackCards supports digital stamp cards, earning and reward redemption. Your business defines the eligible wash, provides the reward and controls its cost.
From enrollment to redemption
1.Define the wash and reward
Name the eligible service, required stamp count and included reward. Separate detailing, interior cleaning and extras where their fulfillment costs differ.
2.Share the enrollment link
Customers use the enrollment link or QR code and the wallet button appropriate to their device. Try this journey on the devices your customers use before expanding.
3.Record earning after service
An authorized staff member checks the completed service and records the award in the scanner. Use a consistent recording point and verify the result before retrying.
4.Record reward redemption
Check eligibility, select the available reward in the scanner and review the result. Delivering a wash does not by itself record the reward as redeemed.
Basic washes, detailing and prepaid packages
Choose a rule staff can explain before payment. These are planning examples, not mandatory settings or BlackCards customer results.
- Completed basic wash: one stamp if that is your program's qualifying rule.
- Detailing or a full clean: specify eligibility; do not assume automatic service recognition.
- Prepaid package: decide whether package visits also earn stamps to avoid rewarding the same purchase twice.
- Multiple vehicles: clarify whether earning follows the member or each eligible service. A loyalty pass is not an automatic vehicle registry.
Cancellations, re-washes and shift changes
Document exceptions before launch. A re-wash to resolve a quality issue should follow your published terms and original service record, rather than automatically earning another stamp.
- For an incorrect award, review the transaction and ask an authorized manager to use the correction tools available in your account.
- When connectivity fails, wait for confirmation. Do not promise offline earning or redemption.
- Confirm participating branches and staff permissions before advertising cross-branch rewards.
- Train staff to distinguish earning from redemption and check the resulting balance.
Cost the reward before choosing the stamp target
Use your fulfillment cost, not only the wash's selling price. Illustrative calculation: 20 redeemed washes at a cost of 12 each cost 240 in the same currency, before subscription and extra labor. These are hypothetical numbers, not BlackCards prices or a sales forecast.
- Add the period's subscription allocation and staff time to redeemed reward costs.
- Explain any extras excluded from the reward before customers join.
- Compare customer return over equal observation windows. Saving a pass is not a paid visit.
Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need a car wash app?
No separate car wash app is needed to save the pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on a compatible device. Staff still need the appropriate workflow and permissions to record services and rewards.
Does it automatically connect to my POS or vehicle plates?
Do not assume that connection. This workflow relies on staff verification and recording in the scanner. Confirm any specific integration with BlackCards before relying on it.
Can I offer a free wash after a set number of visits?
Plan a stamp program with a defined reward and verify its configuration in your account. State the included wash, stamp target and exclusions, then test redemption before advertising the offer.
Which plan fits my car wash?
Review current plans against your customer, branch, staff and wallet needs. Confirm setup, billing and support for your country before subscribing; targeting the Gulf does not establish identical operating arrangements in each country.
