Wallet Brand & Delivery Commitments

Apple, Apple Wallet, and their related marks belong to Apple Inc. Google Wallet and related marks belong to Google LLC. BlackCards is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by either provider.

Official Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet artwork is reserved for an actual, working pass-save action. BlackCards does not recreate, recolor, animate, translate, or use those badges as general marketing decoration. A customer must use current provider-supplied assets with required size, clear-space, placement, and localization.

BlackCards submits pass and object updates through supported provider mechanisms. The provider and device ultimately control synchronization, presentation, timing, and whether a user sees a notification. We do not promise universal, immediate, or unlimited notification delivery.

Customers may configure supported locations and relevant pass fields. Operating system settings, device eligibility, user permissions, provider policy, and contextual ranking control whether a pass appears on a lock screen or in a wallet.

Customers are responsible for accurate pass content, valid offers, lawful loyalty rules, required consents, accessible distribution, and rights to all submitted trademarks and creative assets. Misleading claims, prohibited content, or attempts to bypass provider review are not allowed.

The current Apple Add to Wallet guidelines and Google Wallet brand guidelines are the authoritative sources. BlackCards’s implementation and customer materials must be updated when those rules change.
