• The owner is excluded from team limits. Manager charges apply only to the manager role; existing limits for other staff roles remain in place. Pending invitations count toward the appropriate role limits.
• No numerical customer limit in a plan does not remove service controls or Wallet provider limits. Saving a card and displaying an alert also depend on the device and settings.
• API access does not establish a ready-made connection to a particular POS or booking system. Confirm the required data, operations and work involved before relying on an integration.

• Request written confirmation of applicable setup costs, fees or taxes, and the included support and activation scope.
• Identify the system you want to connect and the required operations. The offer should confirm any custom work and its cost before you commit.
• Account for the rewards you provide and your team’s time and materials; the platform subscription does not determine the full cost of operating your loyalty program.

Questions before choosing a plan

Is the annual price the full cost of running my program?

It is the annual platform subscription price. Review setup, support, applicable fees or taxes and custom integration as outlined in the cost section. Also account for the rewards and operations within your business.

Can I pay for a plan monthly?

The standard Basic and Advanced offers are annual: SAR 990 and SAR 1,990 respectively. Public checkout does not offer a monthly option. Dividing an annual price by 12 for comparison does not change the billing period.

How do I confirm Enterprise pricing and limits?

Contact us with your branches, staff accounts and integration needs. The custom offer confirms the price, branches and terms. The default team limit is 50 non-owner accounts; any customization is agreed before subscription.

What is the billing currency for my Gulf business?

Standard prices are in Saudi riyals. Contact us before subscribing for a business outside Saudi Arabia to confirm billing, activation and support for your country.

How do Wallet notifications work?

Consent, provider limits and device settings apply. A card balance can update without a visible alert, and sending does not prove the customer read the message. See the Wallet notifications guide for the conditions.

How should I choose a plan for branches and staff?

Basic includes one branch, one loyalty program and one manager alongside the owner. Each additional manager is SAR 100, each additional program SAR 200 and each additional branch SAR 200 per year. Existing limits for other staff roles remain in place; pending invitations count toward the appropriate role limits.

Does trying a card mean I have a free trial subscription?

The public card demo does not create a business account. To start the free trial, create a new business account through the 14-day free-trial registration link. The trial includes every platform feature with no payment card or automatic charge. A subscription is required to continue after it ends.

How do renewal, cancellation and refunds work?

The owner can renew from the account through a new annual payment. Refer to the applicable terms and offer for plan changes, cancellation, refunds and their effects on service and cards.
